Screen-free Toys
The research is piling up - kids are healthier with less screen time. Here are my favorite screen free toys and activities that have ACTUALLY kept my kids occupied in restaurants, airports, and long car rides.

Travel Essentials
We travel often, with and without our kids. Here are a few things that have made our trips easier!
travel wipes in individual packets - easy to pop in a purse or pocket!
compressible packing cubes - I like to separate my clothes from my kids, but share a suitcase
I always pack my favorite tea, Bio Coffee (like an instant latte), and Organic instant coffee (mold free) because I’m not a fan of gas station coffee or airplane coffee (also it’s more cost effective!)
Collagen snack bars if I miss a meal due to short layovers or lack of restaurants
Small backpacks with chest clips to ease spinal stress on our kids while they carry their own bags - great for day hikes too!
Dumb Watch - I’m not a smart watch person, but I do like a waterproof watch for hiking, exercise, and we often time our kids with stopwatch just to distract them or pass time in the airport. “How fast can you run to that window and back??”
Parent hack! We organize our kids’ activities (markers, drawing pads, barbies, lego) in these fold up toiletry bags.
We been saved by this portable kids toilet at the park and on road trips
Favorite Toys
We love montessori inspired toys, and we’re always getting asked where our waiting room toys come from… so now you know!
For Your Home
Strictly things I’ve tried and liked in our house - from medical devices to kitchen tools, and everything in between.
Ear Scope - see your kid’s ear drum on your phone!
My makeup routine: Clean Foundation + Bronzer stick
Gnat Traps (plant ladies unite)
Elementa Mouth Wash (natural cavity prevention)
Collapsable foot bath - for those of you you prefer a footbath to a full bath, this doesn’t take up much space!
Bentonite Clay - great for gently detoxing, kids and adults
Tri-Core Pillow - I’ve slept on this type of pillow for 10+ years!
Period Underwear - Saalt makes it easy to ditch the toxic tampons!
Red Light Therapy
I get A LOT of questions about red and infrared light therapy. It’s wildly effective for a large range of symptoms, and improving overall health … IF… you are consistent with it. I don’t have a red light therapy device for use in the office because I’m assuming you don’t want to come to my office 4 days a week for 20 minutes. You’re busy! That being said, Fringe is a really affordable brand that I use in my home. I stock these devices in the clinic if you want to see them in person, but if you’d rather order online, click HERE.
Order Supplements Online
It’s really hard to know where to find high quality supplements online. Many companies lack integrity and use low quality ingredients, but DON’T FRET! I’ve vetted several brands for you.
