Meet Dr. Lucy Lillie

Understanding the profound impact of a healthy nervous system on my family's well-being has made chiropractic care a non-negotiable priority for us. Motherhood, while bringing immense joy, presents its own unique set of demands on a woman's body and energy. By nurturing mothers through chiropractic, we're not just supporting individuals; we're creating a positive cascade that benefits the entire home and extends into the community.

My personal experiences, particularly navigating pregnancy and the challenges of my daughter Theadora's restricted oral tissues, ignited a strong passion within me for perinatal and pediatric chiropractic. This firsthand journey, coupled with my comprehensive education at Palmer College of Chiropractic, has profoundly shaped my approach to care. I utilize a gentle, tonal approach, respecting and supporting the body's inherent ability to heal and regulate itself. My expertise encompasses a range of techniques, including Network Spinal, the Webster Technique specifically for pregnant women, pediatric-focused care through my Pediatric Experience Certification, MLS (Mastery Love Service), the foundational Palmer Package (Diversified, Thompson, Gonstead, and Activator), Quantum Neurology, Neuroemotional Technique, and Contact Reflex Analysis. My own introduction to the incredible benefits of chiropractic came after a foot fracture during my senior cross country season, where it provided the relief and healing that traditional Western medicine couldn't. Through this experience it shifted my perspective from never receiving chiropractic care to making chiropractic my first line of defense for any health concern and ultimately guided me towards pursuing it as a profession. Chiropractic school provided me with a deep understanding of the body's intricate mechanisms, emphasizing the nervous system's central role in controlling all bodily functions and how thoughts, traumas, and toxins can disrupt it. Towards the end of my studies, as my husband Mitchell and I anticipated the arrival of our daughter Theadora, my knowledge of the body's innate intelligence and design empowered me to support my pregnancy and prepare for a transformative homebirth, trusting in the body's natural ability to birth how it was designed to.

It truly feels like life has guided me exactly where I'm meant to be: prioritizing the care of pregnant individuals, mothers, women, and families.
